Within the last several months, we’ve completed in-depth interviews with new home buyers in order to better understand their customer journey and experience. Our mission is to create a new home buying experience that is like no other, and this research has been essential in understanding where we are as an industry, and where we can do better. We focused our research on recent and current new home buyers that have chosen to build with one of the nation’s largest new home builders – those in the top 100.
